Responsabilités Rédiger, réviser et négocier divers contrats commerciaux (événements, location/vente d’équipement, fournisseurs) Conseiller les équipes internes sur des enjeux juridiques opérationnels au quotidien, souvent dans des contextes rapides et sensibles au temps Participer à la gestion des marques de commerce et à certains dossiers immobiliers Contribuer à des dossiers transactionnels (incluant M&A) Collaborer avec des conseillers juridiques externes sur des dossiers de litige lorsque requis Travailler étroitement avec une petite équipe juridique et soutenir les opérations de l’entreprise Détails du poste Poste hybride Environnement dynamique, lié à l’industrie des événements et des technologies Rôle offrant une exposition variée et des opportunités d’évolution Exigences Environ 5+ années d’expérience pertinente Bilinguisme français et anglais (oral et écrit) Expérience solide en droit commercial et/ou transactionnel Excellentes compétences en rédaction et négociation Profil adaptable, pragmatique et à l’aise dans un environnement opérationnel rapide Expérience acquise dans un cabinet national ou régional de renom et/ou en entreprise avec un fort intérêt pour l’industrie du divertissement // Our Client Our client is a fast-growing international company operating in the audiovisual technology and entertainment industry, delivering solutions for live productions as well as large-scale integration projects. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (events, equipment rental/sales, suppliers). Advise internal teams on day-to-day operational legal matters, often in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments. Support trademark matters and certain real estate files. Contribute to transactional matters (including M&A). Collaborate with external counsel on litigation files when required. Work closely with a small legal team and support overall business operations. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken French and English, have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and be adaptable and practical in a fast-paced environment; experience at a respected law firm and/or in-house is sought.
