The Role As an Insurance Defence Lawyer, you will manage a broad litigation practice involving complex insurance claims from inception through resolution. Your practice will include: Insurance defence litigation Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims Tort litigation Personal injury defence Property damage claims Coverage-related disputes Discoveries, mediations, motions, and trials This position offers significant client contact, strategic file management, and regular courtroom advocacy.
