Insolvency Lawyer | 2-6 Years | Calgary A premier national law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring practice in Calgary. This role is well suited to a lawyer with experience in insolvency, restructuring, and commercial litigation who is eager to take on significant responsibility in sophisticated and high-profile mandates. You will advise and represent a range of stakeholders, including court officers, lenders, debtors, creditors, and purchasers, on matters involving insolvency proceedings, restructurings, and related commercial disputes.
