What you'll do You'll join our team as a Real Estate Lawyer focused primarily on FCT Title Transfer transactions. The work is structured, collaborative, and high volume. But this role goes beyond simply managing files. As you become familiar with our practice, you'll help improve it. You'll identify opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen precedents, improve checklists, and build better processes that help the entire team deliver exceptional service. We're looking for someone who: * Is licensed to practice law in British Columbia. * Has experience handling residential real estate transactions, particularly FCT Title Transfer files. * Enjoys a structured, high-volume practice. * Thinks in systems and naturally looks for ways to improve processes. * Communicates clearly with clients, lenders, and colleagues. * Works well in a collaborative, team-first environment. * Is comfortable using technology to deliver better legal services. Manage high-volume residential real estate transactions, specifically focusing on FCT Title Transfers. Identify and implement improvements to workflows, precedents, and checklists to enhance service delivery.
