This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys client interaction, file management, and working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support lawyers with personal injury files throughout the claims process. Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files. Prepare, format, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence. Assist with disclosure, document production, and file preparation. Prepare file briefs and support trial or settlement preparation. Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurers, and legal professionals. Manage calendars, deadlines, appointments, and meetings. Handle general administrative duties including mail management and data entry. Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times. Qualifications 5-6 years experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar role within a law firm environment. Knowledge of legal processes, preferably with personal injury or litigation experience. Strong legal document preparation and proofreading skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal/document management systems. Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or related post-secondary education is preferred. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a small team.
