8 – 12 Years | Vancouver or Toronto We’re working with a well-established technology company based in Vancouver (with an office in Toronto as well) that is seeking to add a Senior Counsel to its in-house team. You’ll be running negotiations for the largest deals they have, dealing directly with internal and external stakeholders up to Executive level, dealing with Product issues, Privacy/IP matters, and commercial technology agreements. You will have strong in-house experience already, working on emerging technology, software licensing, privacy / data, and complex partnership structures.
